Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Ora Curated Craft (Oramade), we take pride in our personalized treasures. Because many of our products are made specifically for you or provided as digital content, our refund policy reflects the specialized nature of these services in accordance with Israeli and International consumer laws.

  • Personalized & Customized Goods: Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law, items made to a consumer’s special requirements or measurements are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
    Policy: Cancellation is permitted within 3 business days of the transaction, provided production has not yet commenced. Once an order moves into "Production," it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a material defect or error.
  • Examples: Personalized Storybooks (StoryKids), Custom Posters, Personalized Gift Boxes.

Digital Content

Information that can be duplicated or copied (like PDF downloads) cannot be returned once delivered.

  • Policy: Digital downloads (PDFs, Links) are non-refundable once the file has been sent to your email or accessed via your account.

Standard Non-Customized Goods

For non-personalized physical items (e.g., standard generic decorative items):

  • You may cancel within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and in unused, "as-new" condition.
  • A standard cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply.

International Duties

For orders shipped outside of Israel, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Oramade has no control over these charges and cannot offer refunds due to customs refusal.
