Product Accuracy

We strive for a "Wow" experience with every order. However, because many items are handcrafted or use creative AI generation, slight variations in color, texture, or interpretation may occur. For "StoryKids" and other creative services, the AI-generated illustrations are creative interpretations based on your provided inputs and are considered final once produced.

Intellectual Property

All designs, story templates, website code, and creative content are owned by Ora Curated Craft. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial license to use and enjoy your specific personalized product. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our templates or designs without explicit written permission.

Usage Limitations

You agree not to use our services to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates our community standards.
